I have found that the list of things to do is always long and growing, but the tasks that are critical to business success are very few. It boils down to the 80/20 rule, 80% of the results will come from 20% of the work. The first task is then identifying the 20%. Where is the money coming from?

But even after identifying the big results tasks, there's a temptation to just get working, after all "time is money". And that being busy adrenaline is real!
