LET GO OF SELF-JUDGMENT

Begin a conscious journey of MASTERY. Forget what should have happened by now! Spending all your energy being critical of the position you are in today isn't going to change anything. It's only going to drain you emotionally, mentally, and physically of all the energy that you could be using to drive your life in the right direction.

So, you wanted to be great by now, and it hasn't happened the way you pictured it??? It's natural human instinct to desire to be extraordinary at something. It's also a natural human tendency to underestimate what it takes to get to mastery. Give yourself the same grace you would afford a dear friend. We all miss the mark sometimes, but the journey is not over.

Redefine your goals based on who you are today and what you know now.

Where are you trying to go? What are you trying to be? What's the impact that you desire to contribute to society? This is the time to think about legacy work not just professional or entrepreneurial pursuits.

GO BIG OR GO HOME TIME!

Start with your vision. Focus on the end goal - and then draw up a plan of how you are going to get to not just being extraordinary at what you do but being an exceptional human being.

It's going to be a journey of growth, evolving, and transcending all ideas of what you thought you were capable of. It's not a race! There's no competition on the journey to mastery and legacy. Most people try taking shortcuts to get there and end up short changing their lives when they fail to be what they could have been had they just followed the process. It's not going to happen overnight. Depending on where in the journey you are it may take less time, but it's definitely going to be a marathon. Pace yourself.

When it hurts, keep going. When it looks like you're not getting anywhere, just keep going. When you start thinking it's not worth it, that's when you really need to keep going.

Trust the process.

It's not going to be easy, but it's going to be worth it.

Just keep shooting!

Stay encouraged.

God is able.
