You become a success before you become successful. Process matters.
There will be times when it looks like nothing is happening. Something is always happening if you're working on it. You are becoming the leader that you need to be in the process. The vision or dream you have is too big for the person you are today. Embrace the process of becoming. Keep going. Success is being in alignment with God's will for your life. It will take everyone else a minute to catch up to the fact that you are successful.

Trust the process. God is able.
